Daniel Bernath has over 15 years of experience creating innovative, attention-grabbing content for broadcast networks, record labels, and global brands.
His wide-ranging skill set - writer, producer, composer, editor, and director - enables Daniel to fill different and sometimes multiple roles on any given project. He's just as comfortable behind the camera or an editing system as he is with a guitar in his hands but at heart, he's an idea guy.
From directing actors and celebrities on set to scoring commercials for the likes of Budweiser and Lexus to working with award-winning production and design companies, Daniel's multi-disciplinary understanding allows him to collaborate with others in a uniquely organic way.
His band, Sumack, was signed to Richard Branson's V2 Records. They toured with acts as diverse as Everlast and Gomez, worked with legendary producers, The Dust Brothers, and their music was licensed to movies(Van Wilder, Free Enterprise) and TV shows(MTV's The Real World, Malcolm In The Middle).
In 2006, Daniel joined ABC as a Creative Director, specializing in Comedy. He was responsible for the campaign that launched the mega-hit Modern Family in 2009. Other notable launch campaigns include Dancing With The Stars, The Goldbergs, Ugly Betty, Happy Endings, Fresh Off The Boat, The Muppets, and Speechless.
He recently left ABC to join Revolve Agency as a co-founder and Creative Director.
